摘要
介绍了转炉余热发电工艺及汽轮机选型中应注意的问题,对饱和汽轮机的排汽压力、相对内效率及排汽干度等设计变量的选取进行了分析。以唐钢转炉余热发电项目为背景,计算了汽轮机组发电功率,确定了机组装机容量和型式。其研究结果可为转炉余热发电技术的应用提供理论指导,也可为相关工艺饱和汽轮机组的选型提供参考。
The paper introduces the convener waste heat power generation technology and the problem which should be cared for during the turbine type selection. It also analyzes the selection principle of some design variables like the exhaust pressure of saturated steam turbine, relative internal efficiency, the exhaust dryness and so on. Take TangGang eonventer waste heat power generation project as background, calculate turbine units output power, fix on the installed capacity and model of the units. The result provides a theoretical foundation for the application of convener waste heat power generation technology, and offers a reference for the model choice of saturated steam turbine units in correlative technology.
