摘要 目的利用免疫组织化学技术探讨子宫内膜内树突状细胞(dendriticcall,DC)免疫学发生机理。方法2005~2008年长沙市中心医院病理科的60例标本进行常规HE染色,进行免疫组化分析。结果增殖期子宫内膜,分泌期子宫内膜和绝经期子宫内膜HLA-DR免疫组化染色阳性率分别为69.2%、33.3%和10%;CDIa染色阳性率分别为61.5%、33.3%和0%,两两比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中绝经期子宫内膜中阳性率最低。结论增殖期子宫内膜组织HLA-DR和CDIa阳性率均高于分泌期子宫内膜组织。 Objective To explore the use of immunohistochemistry of dendritic cells within the endometrial immunological pathogenesis. Methods 2005-2008 Changsha Central Hospital Department of Pathology specimens of 60 cases of conventional HE staining, immunohistochemical staining analysis. Results The proliferative endometrium, secretory phase endometrium and postmenopausal endometrium HLA-DR immunohistochemical staining positive rates were 69.2%, 33.3% and 10%; CDIa staining positive rates were 61.5%, 33.3% and 0%, there was a significant difference (P〈0.05), in which postmenopausal endometrium in the lowest positive rate. Conclusion The proliferative phase endometrial tissue HLA-DR and CDIa positive rates were higher than during the secretory phase endometrial tissue.
