摘要
为探讨荆防败毒颗粒对NDV活性影响,采用鸡胚法研究了荆防败毒颗粒在鸡胚上对新城疫病毒的作用,即先接种病毒再接种药、先接种药再接种病毒2种方式,并设试验对照组。分别收取尿囊液测定血凝效价(HA)。结果表明,荆防败毒颗粒在2种方式中对NDV影响较强。为ND的临床防治提供理论依据。
The effection of Jing Fang Bai Du Ke Li on activity of NDV was investigated in chicken embryos. To study the action of Jing Fang Bai Du Ke Li, two ways were adopted which were inoculating medicine after adding virus, inoculating medicine before adding virus, and compared goup. HA titer was detected in allantoic fluid, the study shows that Jing Fang Bai Du Ke Li has stronger effect on NDV. It provided a theoretic basis for clinical prevention and treatment of ND.
