我院2006～2008年妇科中成药用药情况分析

目的对近三年我院妇科中成药进行用药分析,了解我院妇科中成药的使用情况和发展趋势。方法从门诊计算机信息管理系统收集2006～2008年3年间我院妇科中成药的有关数据,并进行统计分析。应用DDDs法,从中成药的使用频度、金额排序等方面,对我院门诊妇科中成药使用状况进行分析。结果大部分中成药销量呈逐年上升趋势。五加生化胶囊、桂枝茯苓胶囊和益母草胶囊占据销售额前三位,占总销售额的46.77%。结论我院妇科中成药使用基本合理,但也存在仍需改进的地方。

Objective To investigate the current situation and development trend of the use of gynecologic chinese patent medicine in our hospital during 3 years. Methods Statistical analysis on the application of the gynecologic chinese patent medicine in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was conducted in respect of cnsumption sum,DDDs and defined daily cost etc. Results The comsuption of the gynecologic chinese patent medicine in our hospital increased year by year.Leading the list in terms of consuption sum were hod biochemical capsule, cassia tuckahoe capsule and leonurus japonicus capsule, which still accounts for 46.77 percent of all gynecologic chinese patent medicine sales. Conclusion The utilization of gynecologic chinese patent medicine in our hospital tends to be rational,but need to improved in some respects.
