International Financial Crisis and China′s Diplomacy

由美国次级贷款危机引发的国际金融危机不断深化演变,已由发达国家向新兴国家蔓延,进而由虚拟经济向实体经济扩散,并通过货物链和价值链影响到广大发展中国家的对外贸易和吸引外资战略。鉴于这场危机的后续影响仍在不断释放,而中国经济与国际接轨规模空前,在上述领域面临严峻挑战,因而剖析了金融危机的来龙去脉,探讨了金融危机对世界经济及中国经济的影响,进而梳理阐述了中国政府为应对金融危机而采取的外交举措。

The international financial crisis triggered by the Sub-Prime Lending Crisis in the United States, has continuously deepened and evolved, spreading from developed countries to newly emerging countries. The crisis has diffused to the real economy from the fictitious economy, and imposed impacts, via the goods chain and value chain, on the strategy of a great number of developing countries in conducting foreign trade and luring foreign investments. As the subsequent impact of the crisis is still being released and China is facing an unprecedented challenge in the above fields owing to its close economic linking up to the international economy, the paper has analyzed the cause and effect of the financial crisis and impact of the crisis on the world economy and China＇s economy, and further cleared up and expounded the diplomatic measures taken by the Chinese Government in response to the financial crisis.
