摘要
采用真空蒸馏技术,研究了从铜阳极泥中回收硒技术参数和过程机理。分析了硒在熔体中扩散、熔体表面蒸发、气体空间扩散和冷凝器上析出过程机理。通过实验得到了真空蒸馏提纯硒的最佳条件:在温度为330℃和压力为10 Pa的条件下,蒸馏30 m in,硒的纯度达到99.9%。
In this paper, the technical parameters and mechanism of recovery process of Selenium from copper anode slime by vacuum distillation were investigated. This paper analyzes the diffusion of the selenium in the melts, evaporation on the melts surface, spatial diffusion of gas in the vacuum furnace and the condensation of selenium gas. According to the result analysis of vacuum distillation, the optimal conditions are obtained as following: 330℃, 30 min and 10 Pa in furnace. The purity of selenium prepared according to this method was 99.9 %.
