温奇扶元法治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Sick Sinus Syndrome Treated by Wenqifuyuan Method

目的:评价温奇扶元法对病态窦房结综合征(SSS)的疗效及治疗价值。方法:采用随机对照法,将68例SSS患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例,在常规治疗的基础上给予温奇扶元方;对照组35例,给予常规治疗,4周后比较两者临床表现及心电图变化。结果:(1)临床疗效:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是90.91%和71.43%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);(2)24h动态心电图:治疗组患者治疗后最高心率明显提高(P<0.05),而最低心率、平均心率提高更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:温奇扶元法治疗病态窦房结综合征有明显疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect and clinical value of Wenqifuyuan on sick sinus syndrome （ SSS ）. Methods： 68 patients with SSS were divided into two groups. The treated group （ 33 cases ） and the control group （ 35 cases ）. Patients in the treated group were given Wenqifuyuan in the foundation of conventional therapy; and the control group was treated by conventional therapy, taking 4 weeks clinical therapy. Compared the changes of clinical expression and electrocardiogram （DCG） in the two groups with randomized comparative analysis. Results： （1）Clinical curative effect： The total effective rate of the treated group was 90.91%, while that of the control group was 71.43%.There was evident difference between them （P〈0.05）.（2）DCG： the treated group had better amelioration of the average heart rate（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： There is evident curative effect of Wenqifuyuan on sick sinus syndrome.
