CT影像学在踝关节骨折术前评估中的应用分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨CT扫描技术在踝关节骨折检查中的应用。方法:收集踝关节骨折病例38例,均行X线、CT常规轴位扫描,分析比较二者的检查结果,评价CT扫描技术在踝关节骨折类型及术前术式选择中的分析评估作用。结果:X线片诊断漏诊10例,常规轴位CT扫描38例骨折均显示良好,对52.6%的患者提供额外的信息,如无移位的骨折线、更多的骨折块、更加严重的压缩或粉碎,尤其对涉及关节面的骨折及有合并跟骨骨折者有明显优势。因此,根据CT扫描后的影像资料对26.3%患者调整了治疗计划。结论:踝关节CT扫描技术能显示踝关节骨折的具体部位、类型、严重程度及移位情况,能提高踝关节骨折的检出率,是踝关节骨折术前评估和术前术式选择中不可缺少的一种常规检查。 Objective:To discuss the application of CT scan in pre-operative fracture of anklebone.Methods:Collect 38 cases history of anklebone fracture scaned by X- ray,normal CT scan.Then,compare the result of exam result.Estimate the application of CT scan in pre-operative planning anklebone fracture in X -ray exam.Results:10 cases were missed diagnosing in X -ray exam. every cases was displayed well in quasi scan.So CT scan has great advantages in pre-operative planning-fracture of joint,especially in anklebone. It gives extra information 52.6% patient,adjustment ofpre-operative planning 26.3%.Conclusion:The technology of CT scan can display the exact location,type degree of graveness and dislocation of the fracture anklebone,and improve the rate of diagonosis of the anklebone.The pre-operative planning and pre-operative evaluateing is indispensable of routine examination the application of CT scan in fracture of anklebone.
