On Running TVU under Guideline of Business Operation

企业经营是根据企业的资源状况和所处的市场竞争环境对企业长期发展进行战略性规划和部署、制定企业的远景目标和方针的战略层次活动。电大具有产业特征,在办学的运作方面与生产企业相似,因此可以引入企业经营的理念。电大长期以来缺乏经营意识,在市场经济条件下,电大必须学会经营。以企业经营的理念经营电大不能以营利为目的,不能弱化电大系统,不能忽视办学质量。

An enterprise would set up its long-term development plans,objectives,strategies and activities in accordance with its resources situation and market environment.In this respect,A TVU is comparable to a business,whose operation ideology is what it lacks.Thus,under the condition of market economy,the TVU shall learn to be operated like a business.However,it cannot be run solely for the purpose of profit-making,neither at the expense of eroding its overall system and downgrading its education quality.
