Syllabus is the guideline of a course teaching.It is of great significance to upgrade quality of syllabus and teaching by improving and strengthening syllabus development.This paper discusses current problems in the syllabus development of undergraduate curricula in higher education institutions,and correspondingly raises countermeasures.
