摘要
吴康斋先生是明代的大教育家,其独立的人格、渊博的学问和无所不讲的教法开启明代心学,活跃15世纪的学风,为阳明心学的繁荣提供思想史背景。他刻苦自立,不求闻达,安贫乐道,严守师道,体现15世纪儒家敢于自立与创新的精神,他还创造了大量诗歌,继承孔子、邵雍以诗为教的传统,启迪陈白沙寓诗为教的先河。吴康斋主张的读书、研究与学习应"有益于身心"、"至理有契"的教育理念继承生命儒学身体观的教旨,保存淳朴的私塾教育传统。重温他的生命儒学工夫论有利于现代社会和谐人格的培育与发展。
A master educator in the 15th Century during the Ming Dynasty,Wu Kangzhai founded the Discipline of Idealism,activated the academic community,and laid a solid foundation for the prosperous development of Yangming Thinking,owing to his independent personality,profound knowledge and unconfined contents of teaching.Confucian spirit of innovation and autonomy in the 15th century was best displayed by his assiduity,self reliance,fame-carelessness,poverty-contentment and strictness.He inherited the tradition initiated by Confucius and Shao Yong to employ poetry as a way of teaching,and inspired Chen Baisha to follow his footstep.He also pursued Confucian life philosophy of making learning beneficial to both the body and mind,and letting reasons work in harmony,by opening up a humble private school.His Thought of Life Confucianism is of great significance to the personality cultivation and development in modern society.
