高校学生管理工作应该以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,实现管理理念的创新;坚持统筹兼顾,实现管理机制的协调;促进学生全面、协调、可持续发展,实现管理效果创新。

The work of college students＇ management should be guided by scientific development concept. This paper states that universities and colleges should adhere to the philosophy of people-oriented management to achieve the innovation;they should adhere to an integrated, regulatory mechanism for coordination;they should make promotion of students＇ comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development to achieve innovative and effective management.
