关于加强电力企业人力资源管理的思考

On Enhancement of Human Resource Management in Electric Power Enterprises

在深入分析当前电力企业人力资源现状的基础上,针对电力企业面临的人才素质不高、总量不足、人力资源结构不合理以及管理观念落后等诸多问题,结合实际管理经验,提出电力企业可以通过加强对人力资源培训的投入和管理、制订合理的人力资源招聘体系、建立弹性的人力资源管理模式以及企业文化等途径来加强电力企业人力资源管理。

This in-depth analysis of the current status of human resources in electric power enterprises finds some problems, such as, low quality of talents, lack of human resources, the irrational structure of human resources man-agement, and the backward management concept. According to the practical management experience, this thesis proposes that electric power enterprises can strengthen its human resources management in the way of increasing invest-ment in human resource training and management, formulating a reasonable HR recruitment system, establishing a flexible human resource management model and establishing corporate culture
