摘要
着重论述在目前的形势下,为提高用电管理质量,增强社会责任感在电力营销中的主导地位,电力客户的服务工作应该以电力需求侧管理为主要内容来开展动态管理,不断提高电力营销管理水平和经营成效。
This paper mainly discusses in the current situation, the leading position of social responsibility in power marketing should be raised in order to improve the quality of power consumption management. In addition, the demand side management in the electric power customer service should be carried out as the main contents of the dynamic management; therefore, power marketing management level and operational performance can be continuously improved.
