以盖体铸件为例详细阐述了两板式多滑块压铸模具的结构设计要点与工作过程，在结合自己多年实践经验的基础上通过采用华铸CAE软件进行流动分析，最后得出了一道合理而实用的流道系统方案，使得模具的压铸缺陷大大降低，进而提高了铸件的内在质量和改善其工作性能。

With the cover casting as an example, the main design point and working process of the many slide blocks＇ mould of two plates are stated in detail. Last I educe a sort of reasonable runner system project by Hua-zhu CAE software based on my practice experience. It reduces the die-casting disfigurement of the die, improves the casting＇ s inherent quality and ameliorates the work capability of the upper box casting.
