无机硼处理木材的硼流失性能

摘要 依据美国AWPA E11-06标准,测定不同配方和处理方法下,含硼防腐剂处理材的硼流失率。结果表明,采用二步法处理木材,能有效降低硼的流失率;经硼砂与氯化钙处理后,试材的硼流失率最低可降至39.6%。而常规的一步法处理工艺,均不能有效降低处理材的硼流失率。 The leachability of lumber treated with different inorganic boron solutions was determined according to the American Wood Protection Association standard AWPA Ell-06. The results showed that the boron leaching rate of treated lumber were decreased significantly by using a two-step method; which means lumber is treated with borax and then calcium chloride or polyvinyl alcohol(PVA P1763). The boron leaching rates of the treated lumber was between 39. 6% and 61.4% after water immersion for 2- weeks. However,it was observed that the boron leaching rates of the lumber treated with either zinc/ calcium chloride or borax/boric acid in one step method remained the same.
