摘要
采用百度试验法,进行铁线子木材干燥特性和干燥工艺的试验。结果表明,铁线子木材初期开裂较严重,为5级,内裂为2级,截面变形为3级;干燥速度较慢,为4级。按照试验拟定的干燥基准,进行22 mm厚铁线子地板坯料干燥试验。从初含水率30.7%到终含水率12.3%,干燥周期为28 d,干燥质量满足实木地板的加工要求。
Drying process is the key to improve the efficiency of utilizing expensive imported macaranduba wood for flooring products. An experiment was conducted to study the drying characteristics of macaranduba solid and their effect on the drying quality. A drying schedule for macaranduba wood was developed. The results showed that it took 28 days to dry 22 mm-thick macaranduba lumber from an average moisture content of 30.7 % to 12.3% to keep the qualified rate above 93%.
