Epidemiologic Investigation on the Main Diseases in Extensive Pig Farms of Chongqing

摘要 2009年5月以来,重庆市部分区县发生不明原因的猪病疫情,发病猪场生猪发病率在25%~100%,病死率20%~30%。为调查市内生猪疫病流行状况,重庆市动物疫病预防控制中心对37个发病猪场采样进行疫病集中监测。结果发现,PCV-2、HP-PRRSV、App和TOX的样品阳性率最高,分别为83.61%、52.46%、31.89%和18.89%。猪场的混合感染现象非常严重,两种或两种以上病原体混合感染的猪场有35个,占检测猪场数的94.59%;以PCV-2+App,PCV-2+HP-PRRSV,PCV-2+TOX混合感染的猪场最多,分别占检测猪场的56.75%、51.35%和48.65%。 From May 2009, unidentified swine diseases stroke in some pig farms of Chongqing,and caused a lot of losses. The mortality was about 20%-30% ,in some cases, it reached 80%. In order to determine the infectious status of swine diseases in Chongqing, Chongqing animal disease control centre(CADCC) collected samples from 37 pig farms of 12 counties and districts. All the samples were detected by pathogenic assay, antibody detection. The results were as follows, there were high infectve rates on PCV-2, HP- PRRSV, App and TOX, the corresponding average positive rates were 83.61%, 52.46 %, 31.89 % and 18. 89% ,respectively. Pig farms with dual and multiple infections of pathogens were 35, which accounted for 94.59% of the total detected pig farms. Among them, dual infection of PCV-2 and App, PCV-2 and HPPRRSV,PCV-2 and TOX accounted for 56.75% ,51.35% and 48. 65% ,respectively. This investigation indicated that it was common for the infection of PCV-2, HP-PRRSV and the co-infection of some related swine diseases in the pig farms of Chongqing. The measures must be carried out to control such infections.
