拱形巷道超前支护研究

摘要 建设综采高产高效工作面已成为煤炭工业发展的一项重大任务。目前,平煤股份九矿已安装综采设备2套,综采面回风、运输巷多采用拱形巷道,但在其回采的过程中,两巷超前支护没有专用支架,致使超前支护工序繁琐,工作量大,浪费材料,丢失支护材料,支护效果差,回收难度大。为此,设计了拱形巷道超前支护梁——"三节梁",满足了支护要求。 The construction of high-yield and efficient fully-mechanized working face has become a major task of industrial development. Two sets of fully-mechanized mining equipment were installed in No. 9 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Group Co. ,Ltd. The return airway and haulage gateway use archy roadway on fully-mechanized working face. But in their recovery process,there are no special sup- ports in advance timbering of the return airway and haulage gateway. This resulted in complicated advance timbering processes, heavy workLoad,waste materials,loss of supporting protection materials,poor supporting results and recovery difficulty. So " three beam" supports are invented for advance timbering in archy roadway,which meet the needs of supporting.
