摘要
特厚煤层沿底掘进时,顶煤卸压、断裂,顶煤瓦斯会瞬间释放,继而造成掘进工作面瓦斯频繁超限。根据耿村煤矿特厚煤层沿底掘进时煤巷瓦斯涌出规律,针对掘进工作面的实际情况,采取了增加风量、深孔预裂爆破、高压注水、卸压钻孔排放等瓦斯综合治理措施,取得了良好的效果。
The coal of the roof is collapsed and press-released when driving extra-thick coal seam along floor, the gas in the roof is released instantaneously, and gas concentration exceeding limits usually happen. According to the regulation of gas emission in driving along floor in extra-thick coal seam of Gengcun Coal Mine,according to practical situation of gas on driving face,a good effect could be obtained through increasing the air volume, deep-hole pre-split blasting, high pressure water injection, stress-relief drilling emissions and some other eomprehensive measures.
