Pondering and Suggestion on Constructing Intrisic Safety Mine

近年来,我国煤矿事故多发、煤矿生产力水平发展不平衡,本质安全型矿井的建设是煤矿企业提高企业核心竞争力,实现矿井良性循环、可持续发展的必由之路。通过对我国煤矿事故特点的分析和对本质安全型矿井建设内涵的理解,分析了建设本质安全型矿井的意义,从人、物(机)、环境等几个方面对我国本质安全型矿井建设提出了建议。

Recently, coal mine accidents often occurred in our country, productivity development level of coal mine is imbalance, intrinsic safety coal mine construction is the necessary way of improving coal mine enterprises＇core competition and implementing coal mine＇s benign cycle and sustainable development. The paper analyzed the significance of intrisic safety mine construction based on features of coal accidents in our country and understanding contents of constructing essential safety mine well, and proposed suggestion of constructing intrisic safety mine well from people,materials,environment and other aspects.
