影响基层临床检验服务功能发展的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors Interfere with the Development of Service Functions of the Grass-roots Cunical Laboratory

目的基于临床实验室（检验科）诊断在疾病的治疗、预防和健康状态评价中的重要性，提出基层检验科规范化、标准化建设的思路和策略。方法根据经济发展状况与医院等级，随机抽取15家医院样本，采用定性访谈和调查问卷相结合的方法，从基层医院的院长管理、检验科人力资源配置、检验项目开展、检验仪器配置四个方面进行深入比较、分析。结果充分认识基层检验科的发展现状以及存在的问题．并进一步分析影响基层检验科发展的相关因素。结论针对不同地区的基层检验服务功能的需求，提出基层检验科的规范化、标准化建设十分必要。

Objective Propose the ideas and strategies to standardize building of grass-roots clinical laboratories based on the importance of their diagnosis on the disease treatment ,prevention and health assessment. Methods 15 hospitals were selected randomly according to economic development and the hospital level, combining qualitative interviews and the questionnaire method. Compare and analyze four aspects deeply, such as president management of grass-roots hospitals, human resources of clinical laboratories, carrying out inspecting item and configuration of inspecting equipments. Results Fully understand the development status, as well as existing problems of the grass-roots clinical laboratories, and then further analysis of the factors related to the development of grass-roots clinical laboratory. Conclusions For different regions of the primary inspection services functional requirements, made the grass-roots test subjects standardization of the construction is necessary.
