摘要 本文分别用描述统计分析和趋势分析对我国国有企业的资本结构进行研究,并指出债权结构与股权结构将影响我国国有企业的公司治理。 This paper discusses SOE capital structur e in descriptive statistics and trend regression methods. It is found that both debt structure and stakeholder structure would affect the corporate governance.
