改革开放以来,我国民营企业已经成为国民经济中不可忽视的重要力量。但由于我国市场经济体制尚不成熟,民营企业在经营中也遇到了各种各样的困扰,其中融资困难是目前民营企业普遍存在的问题。民营企业的资金瓶颈已经严重影响了企业的生产经营和发展壮大,需要及时加以解决。
