摘要
本文首先指出了制度缺陷是欠发达地区经济发展面临的主要问题,其次阐述了制度变迁的定义并分析指出制度变迁的路径方式,最后对制度变迁的两种方式进行了对比分析,并得出结论制度模仿是欠发地区经济发展最佳选择。
The limitation of institution of less-developed region is the main problem for its economic developing which has been explored firstly. Secondly, the paper has introduced the definition of institutional transition and the route of institution transition. Finally, this paper has compared the two kinds of institution transition , and got the conclusion that institution imitation is the best choice for less-developed region’s economic developing.
