作为全国两型社会试验区,长株潭城市群应利用优势,发展旅游循环经济,实现资源节约、环境友好。从资源优势、市场优势、社会背景来看,长株潭城市群发展旅游循环经济是可行的。发展思路主要有:构建"旅游资源—旅游产品—废弃物—再生资源"的反馈式循环过程,构建区域层面的旅游循环经济产业链,产品设计突出河流森林景观、生态休闲、农业旅游循环经济,树立新的旅游消费观,探索社会层面的旅游循环经济发展模式。

To be a national society of two comprehensive reform pilot area, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Group should develop the circular economy of tourism to achieve resourceconserving and environment-friendly. From the resource advantages, market advantages, social background, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration put circular economy in tourism is feasible.The main idea is： building a ＂ tourism resources - tourism product - waste - of renewable resources＂ of the feedback cycle, the regional level to build the tourism industry chain of circular economy, highlighting the river forest landscape, ecological leisure, agricultural tourism in the economic cycle of product design, establish a new concept of tourism consumption, and explore the social dimension of tourism development model of circular economy.
