我国企业债券信用增级的现状与对策研究

China enterprise bond credit increasing’s present situation and countermeasure research

投资者的利益和发行人的成本是企业债券发行的根本,信用增级则是节约发行人成本、增强投资者信心、保护投资者利益的重要保证。随着我国企业债券市场的发展,企业债券信用增级的操作还处于不断探索与完善中。文章通过分析我国企业债券信用增级的现状及存在的问题,以其获得有关发展和完善企业债券信用增级的启示。

Investors ‘profit and issuers’ cost are the foundation of enterprise bond issue; credit enhancement is then an important guarantee of saving issuers’ cost, enhancing investors’ confidence and protecting investors’ benefits. With the development of China’s enterprise bond market, credit enhancement of enterprise bond is still in the process of exploring and perfecting. By analyzing current situation and existing problems of enterprise bond credit enhancement in China, this article hopes to get some implications for developing and perfecting.
