The right of housing is a basic human righ t.It is important for mankind’s survival and development.It is the government’s responsibility to give basic housing security for people especially the middle-and –low-income class in the market-oriented economy. The economic law emphasizes the public interest very much and seeks social justice.Housing security has important theorical and practical value in the economic and social development from the perspective of economic law.
