组合型病床式称重仪的研制

The Development of a Combined-body Weight Measurement

对于长期卧床患者的体重进行监测，一直是临床医护工作中重要而又较难实现的事情。以前只有少数大医院使用进口的“称重床”对特需者进行体重监测;因其昂贵价格与专用床具很难普及。本课题的目的就是研制一种便携式、组合型的以病床──也可以是椅子、平板…为“秤盘”的称重装置。由于它具有高的稳定性、重复性和优良的分辨率，特别适合对长期卧床者进行输入量（例如输液量、进食量…）、输出量（例如腹水抽吸量、排便量…）的长期监测。

To monitor the changes of body weight is very important in clinical work especially for the patients in the period of relabilitation.The curently used “weight measure bed” can only be used in the specialward of big hospital because of its high price and low mobility. Anew “combined-body weight measurement” which can be easily assembled on many kinds of hospital beds is introduced in this article.This instrument is recommended for its hight mobility, sensitivity and reasonable price.
