摘要
运动疗法是促进CNP患者康复的一种重要手段.临床和实验证明,运动可以改善前列腺血液循环、解除机体疲劳、缓解焦虑、改善尿动力学,增强前列腺对疾病的抵抗力,最终促进腺体康复.文章以对比的形式分组对社区CNP患者进行运动干预,通过观察其SPL、Sperm、WBC等指标,以及T、C、T/C、Bla在运动干预中的变化,分析两组运动疗法对CNP患者康复的原因,为CNP科学运动康复提供参考.
The kinesiotherapy is an important method to promote the recovery of the CNP. Clinical and experimental evidence, exercise can improve blood circulation of prostate to relieve body fatigue,relieve anxiety,improve urodynamics and enhance resistance to prostate disease and ultimately. This survey carries on sports intervention to the community CNP in forms of group contrasts, after observing their SPL, Sperm, WBC, as well as the changes of CNP indexes T, C, T/ C,Bla relative physical condition before after sports intervention. The studies comprehensive effect of the two groups sports of which prevent and control CNP, discuss the safe and effective movement prevention plan,thus provides the reference for CNP scientific sports recovery.
