摘要
目的:观察氩低温等离子体对国产SY-1硅橡胶吸水率、溶解率的影响。方法:将固化好的硅橡胶试样分组,按照不同工作参数组合对处理组SY-1硅橡胶试样进行氩气低温等离子体处理,处理后测定各组的吸水率、溶解率。结果:工作参数为1T,50W,1.5min时,材料吸水率降低显著;各参数下材料的溶解率未得到改善。结论:本实验条件下氩等离子体处理可以改善材料的吸水率,不能降低其溶解率。
Objective: To evaluate the impact on water sorption and solubility of SY-1 facial elastomer treated with Argon low temperature plasma. Method: SY-1 facial elastomer specimens were cured and divided into groups randomly, and then the water absorption and solubility (8w) of the specimens were evaluated before and after the surface treatment of Argon plasma. Results: parameter combinations were found to be effective in lowering the water sorption, in which the most effective combination was IT, 50W, 1.5min, the solubility of SY-1 remained unchanged after being treated with Argon plasma. Conclusion: Within the limitations of this study, Argon plasma treatment could improve the water sorption of SY-1. So far as solubility was concerned, effective ways were to be found.
