摘要
法治思想是桑弘羊思想体系的一个重要组成部分,它强调"力"、"刑",主张完备立法和轻罪重罚,对当时政治、经济产生了重要的影响。这种思想的产生不仅有其历史基础,更与当时的社会背景息息相关,对今天推行法治也提供了许多启示。
The thought of ruling by law is an important component of SangHong-yang＇s thinking. It emphasizes strength and punishment. It also claims comprehensive legislation and misdemeanor heavy fine. The thought has had the important influence on politics and the economy then. Its production not only has its historical foundation but also has closely linked with the social back ground then. Moreover, this idea has provided much enlightenment for today government by law.
