摘要
文章研究了以分子蒸馏法纯化桂油的工艺条件,并在此基础上实现了高纯度肉桂醛的生产.所得的产品纯度达到98%以上,收率达61.5%.实验结果表明,通过分子蒸馏法工业化纯化肉桂醛是可行的.
The technological conditions for industrial purification of cinnamaldehyde from cinnamon oil by molecular distillation have been investigated. The purity for cinnamaldehyde could reach 98% with the recovery rate of 61.5%. It has been concluded that molecular distillation can be employed for produce high purity cinnamaldehyde in industry.
