摘要
某火炮多次射击后,其抽气装置出现比较严重的烧蚀与腐蚀现象。基于抽气装置结构原理,建立抽气装置工作过程数值模型,计算抽气装置压力和温度等工作环境参数,进而分析抽气装置烧蚀腐蚀机理,为抽气装置的正确使用及防蚀和抗蚀研究提供理论依据。
After many shootings, there is serious ablation and erosion in the gun air-extractor. Based on the design principle of the air-extractor, its numerical model is built, its operating parameters like pressure and temperature are calculated, and the ablation and erosion mechanism is analyzed, providing theoretical references for operating the air-extractor correctly and preventing ablation and erosion.
