补阳还五汤对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病左室舒张功能的影响

Effects of Buyanghuanwu decoction on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary artery disease

目的观察补阳还五汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)的临床疗效及对左室舒张功能的影响。方法将98例冠心病患者随机分为2组,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组49例予补阳还五汤100mL,每日3次口服;对照组予复方丹参片3片,每日3次口服。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后左室舒张功能超声指标:舒张早期心室血流充盈峰值速度(E)、晚期血流速度峰值(A)、E与A比值(E/A)和E峰减速时间(DT)的变化。结果治疗组与对照组相比,左室舒张功能指标(E、A、E/A和DT)均有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(95.92%)优于对照组(75.51%)(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤能明显提高临床疗效,改善冠心病左室舒张功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary artery disease and clinical efficacy. Methods 98 subjects were randomly divided into control group, in which 49 cases were given routine treatment and treatment group, in which 49 cases were given Buyanghuanwu decoction and routine treatment, with a course of a month.The early diastolic refilling velocity of the left ventricle （E）, the late diastolic refilling velocity of the left ventricle, E/A rate （E/A） and peak deceleration time（DT） were determined by echocardiography and clinical efficacy was observed. Results A, DT in treatment group decreased, and E, E/A increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）. E/A in treatment group increased more significandy than that in control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group （0.05）. Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction can improve and better left ventricular diastolic function.
