摘要
提高光束质量的一个方法就是对激光谐振腔的模式进行选择。模式选择的基础是模式观测。传统的光点扫描法、扫描干涉仪法、自差法虽然可以对激光器的输出模式进行准确测量,但测试系统结构复杂、操作不便,不利于工程应用。研究了具有特殊"波导谐振腔"的光纤激光器的横模与纵模,提出了可供工程应用的更方便易行的模式观测方法。
One means of improving the optical beam quality is to choose the mode in laser resonant cavity.Measuring mode is the base of choosing mode.Although traditional optical spot scanning method,scanning interferometer method,autodyne method can be used to measure the output mode of laser exactly,these methods are complex and inconvenient for engineering applications.Researches the transverse mode and longitudinal mode of fiber laser with special "waveguide resonant cavity",providing the more convenient methods of measuring mode in engineering applications.
