摘要
简要介绍目前对甲苯腈的生产方法,着重探讨了对二甲苯在催化剂作用下进行氨氧化反应生成对甲苯腈的工艺条件,考察了反应温度、空气比、氨比等对反应的转化率、收率和选择性的影响。结果表明:最佳反应温度是420℃、氨比=9、空比=20时,转化率为84.4%,选择性高达98.8%,产品纯度高于99.0%,基本无三废排放。
This article introduces briefly the method of producing Benzonitrile, discusses in detail the technological requirements of producing it through P- Xylene in the annnoxidation under catalysts. This article also tests the influence of temperature, airfilling, ammonia on the conversion rate, yield and selectivity. The result shows the best temperature is 420℃, ammonia =9, air-filling = 20, conversion rate is 84.4%, selectivity is up to 98.8%, product purity is higher than 99.0%, almost without discharge of three wastes.
