摘要
采用可控温电热碳管炉为还原熔炼设备,对红土矿还原熔炼生成镍铁的生产过程进行实验模拟。对反应温度及炉渣碱度进行了理论研究和单因素变化实验考察,得到了其对镍、铁及硫氧化物还原效果的影响趋势,并提出的最佳控制条件的参考值。
The research experimentally simulated the process of smelting from laterites to ferronickel in DC electro - heated carbon tube furnace. Slag basicity and smelting temperature were theoretically researched and optimum values were laboratory measured. Relationship between the conditions and reduc- tion effect on the oxides of Nickel, Ferrous and Sulfur were studied.
