摘要
目的:利用现代色谱技术和光谱方法,研究桑叶中性部位的微量化学成分。方法:通过溶剂提取;采用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、亲脂性凝胶(Lipophilic Sephadex LH-20)、制备液相等多种柱色谱方法分离化学成分;理化性质及UV、IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、2D-NMR、MS及ESI-HR-MS等光谱技术鉴定结构,对桑叶中性部位化学成分进行了研究。结果:从中分离得到八个化合物,本文鉴定了其中一个为(+)-紫丁香树脂酚-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷。结论:化合物(+)-紫丁香树脂酚-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷为首次从桑属植物中分离得到。
Objective:The project investigated the chemical constituents of Mot'us Leaves by modem chromatograpy and spectral technology. Methods: Column chromatography (macroporous resin, polyamide and Lipephilic Sephadex LH- 20) and pre- HPIC were used to isollate and purify the chemical contituents;Structure was identified on the basis of spectroscopic properties of UV, IR,1H- NMR,13C- NMR,2D- NMR,MS and ESI- HR- MS. Results:Compound 1 was isolated and elucidated as (+)- sy- ringaresinol - O - β - D - glucopyranoside from Morns alba L. leaves. Conclusion : Compound 1 was isolated from the genus Morus for the first time.
