1999年～2008年长治市5岁以下儿童意外死亡原因的调查分析

Analysis on Accidental Death Causes of 0～5 Years Children in Changzhi city from 1999 to 2008

目的:了解长治市5岁以下儿童意外死亡变化趋势及主要原因,为减少5岁以下儿童意外死亡的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:死因分类按国际疾病(ICD-10)对长治市1999年～2008年5岁以下儿童意外死亡情况进行分析。结果:长治市10年5岁以下儿童意外死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,平均为144.0/10万。婴儿期主要意外死亡原因为意外窒息,占62.7%;1岁～4岁儿童为交通意外,占25.2%。结论:意外死亡为可避免死亡指标。加强全社会的健康安全教育,开展预防意外伤害的技术培训,提高父母和公众的安全防范意识和意外发生后的应变能力等为降低儿童意外伤害所致死亡的综合措施。

Objective： To know accidental death causes and treads of 0 ~ 5 years children in Changzhi city, to provide evidence for take measure to reduce accidental death. Methods： To classify according to ICD- 10, and analysis on accidental death reasons of 0 ~ 5 years children in Changzhi city from 1999 to 2008. Results： The accidental death rate of children was raised, and average mortality rate was 144.0/10s. Accidental suffocation was main death cause for 0 ~ 1 years baby, it＇s fatality rate was 62.7 % ; traffic injure was mail death cause for 1 ~ 4 years children, it＇s fatality rate was 25.2%. Conclusion： Accidental death can be avoided. Heath education for all the people, training for prevent accidental injure, raising safe idea and change ability for parents and public must be took for reduce accidental injure.
