摘要
研究了具有锥齿轮啮合及机匣系统的某微型发动机的振动特性。采用弯扭耦合传递矩阵法计算临界转速、不平衡响应和初始弯曲响应,计及转动惯量、陀螺力矩、剪切变形、粘性阻尼和轴向力的影响。为了提高机匣振动固有频率的计算精度,还采用轴质量均布的传递矩阵法计算转子-机匣系统的临界转速与不平衡响应。临界转速及不平衡响应计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The vibration characteristic of a miniature engine with spiral bevel gear engaging and case system were studied.The critical speed the unbalance response and the initial bending response were calcutated by a laterat/tortional coupling transfer matrix method.Effects of the rotating inertia,gyroscopic moment,shear deformation,viscous damping and axial load were taken into account.In order to increase the calculation accuracy of case free runing frequency,the critical speed and unbalance response of rotor case system were also calculated by distributed mass transfer matrix method.The experimental results of the critical speed and unbalance response are in good agreement with the calculated results
