中国家族企业与西方现代家族企业比较

A Comparison of the Family-owned Enterprises in China and the West Countries

在现代经济社会中,家族企业仍然是最普遍的组织形式。在西方,家族企业是主流的企业组织形式;在我国,自改革开放以来家族企业迅速发展,但与西方现代家族经营企业相比还存在着明显的差异。本文从企业实力、企业制度、产权关系和权力交接等几个方面对中外家族企业进行了比较,在借鉴西方现代家族经营企业经验的基础上,提出了促进中国家族企业健康成长的建议。

In the modem economy, family- owned enterprises are still the most common organization form both in China and the west. In our country, the family business has developed rapidly since the reform and opening- up. However, eompared with modem Western family - owned business, there exist obvious differences between them. The paper compares the family- owned enterprises both in China and the west in terms of enterprise strength, enterprise system, property rights and power transition. Based on the adoption of experiences in enterprise management from west family businesses, some proposals are brought forward to promote the healthy growth of family- owned enterprises in China.
