试论价格立法的价值取向——以价格机制运行原理为视角

The Value Orientation in Price Legislation

价格机制的正常运行对国民经济的稳定、协调健康发展至关重要。本文试图从弥补价格机制的缺陷与维护价格机制正常运行的角度入手,推导出价格立法的价值取向:保障市场主体的定价权,规范和限制政府的价格调控行为。

The normal operation of the price mechanism plays an important role in the stable, coordinated and healthy development of the national economy. From the perspectives of compensation for defects of price mechanism and the maintenance of its normal operation, the paper deduces the value orientation in price legislation： the protection of pricing rights of the market bodies, the standardization and limit of the govenunental price control.
