大型英语课堂教学模式的探讨

我国高校普遍存在大学英语教师资源短缺现象,全国一、二年级学生近千万,每位大学英语教师负责上百学生的英语学习,不少课型必须采用大班教学。既然大班教学暂时不可避免,大力提高大班教学效果就是当前迫切需要解决的问题之一。

It is commonly seen in Chinese colleges and universities that English teachers are not enough for students. Since Chinese freshmen and sophomores in colleges and universities are almost ten million, every teacher has to be responsible for several hundreds af students＇ English learning. As many courses need to be taught in lange- scale class, it is necessary to study how to improve the effectiveness of classroom management to meet the English requirements of society.
