摘要 利用逐叶排的非线性模型,模拟了单转子压气机在均匀进气条件下失速的形成和发展过程,对失速特征参数的预测结果与试验结果基本相符.模拟了周向稳态总压进气畸变对单级轴流压气机失速特征的影响,畸变进气对压气机的失速特征参数影响不显著,但是畸变流场与失速流场的耦合作用激发轴向气流振荡增强,使压气机呈现出轴向与周向气流振荡两种失稳模态,它们的相互作用对压气机失稳具有重要影响. Using a row to row two dimension nonlinear model,rotating stall parameters in a single rotor compressor are simulated, and compared well with the experimental data. The effects of inlet circumferential static distortion on the rotating stall in an one stage compressor are investigated. Results show that there are no dramatic differences in stall parameters, whether the inlet flow is uniform or distorted. However, due to the interactions of inlet distortion, when stall occurs, the compressor displays not only a circumferential disturbance mode (stall wave), but also an axial disturbance mode (surge wave). Their coupling is an important factor for compressors' instability.
