摘要
研究结果表明无氧阈每搏功率与pwc_(160)之间存在高度的相关(r=0.9839,P<0.005),可用pwc_(180)推断无氧阈每搏功率。根据pwc_(160)推测的无氧阈每搏功率及pwc_(160)测验中两次负荷时的每搏功率与心率之间的关系,我们可以测算达无氧阈时的心率与功率。
The result of the study showed that there is a significant correlation between power per heart beat at anaerobic threshold(AT) and PWC_(160) (r=0.9839, P<0.005). That means PWC_(160) can be used to infer the power per heart beat at AT. According to power per heart beat at anaerobic threshold (AT)predicting by PWC_(160) test, and the relation between power per heart beat and heart rate(HR)at two loads of PWC_(160) test, we can predicl the HR and the power at AT.
