摘要
针对目前国内花岗石锯切加工的现状,指出以锯切工作状态规范锯切作业是实现花岗石高效低耗锯切加工的关键,明确提出了石材锯切时单颗磨粒最佳干涉切深的概念。生产现场的锯切跟踪试验和锯切表面断口形貌的显微分析表明,材质不同的各种花岗石都明显存在一个单颗磨粒干涉切深的最佳范围。在该范围内锯切不仅可以获得高的材料去除率,同时还可确保金刚石锯片有高的使用寿命。本文提出的有关锯切状态的识别与调控方法的创新构想和建议,对进一步规范锯切作业和提高国内目前锯切生产的工艺水平有着重要的指导意义。
To solve the problems of the low producing efficiency and high machining consumption which are ubiquitous in the national stone machining industries, this paper indicates that there is an optimum cutting depth of the single grit at the sawing process of different stone. On the basis of the macroscopic experiments in the sawing process and microcopic analysis of the machining feature after sawing, the methods of identifying the granite sawing states are summarized. Furthermore, there are also some suggestions on how to control the sawing processes of the stones and how to realize the high efficiency and low consumption sawing of the stones.
