考虑弹性变形时的球头铣刀切削力模型的研究 被引量:11

摘要 在实际的切削过程中,切削系统的弹性变形不可避免,需要考虑弹性变形对切削力计算的影响。本文着重研究了刀具的弹性变形对切削力的影响机理,从分析刀具变形影响切屑厚度角度入手,研究了球头铣刀切削力的计算模型和方法。建立了刀具弹性变形模型并基于刀具弹性变形模型的切屑厚度数学表示,分析了刀具的瞬时变形反馈和延滞性再生变形反馈对切削力具有的双重作用,建立了切屑厚度与刀具变形量、刀具进给等切削参数之间的数学关系,基于此,提出了两层嵌套的切削力收敛算法。最后,通过不同切削条件下的切削实验对本文提出的切削力模型进行了验证和对比分析。 In the practical cutting process, the spring deflection of the cutting system is inevitable. So it′s necessary to take account of the effect on calculation of the cutting force. The mechanism of influence of spring deflection on the cutting force is studied and the cutting forces model of ball end mill with considering spring deflection is established. The effect of instantaneous deflected feedback and regenerative deflected feedback on cutting force are analyzed. The calculation method of chip thickness based on cutter deflection model is established. Then, an embed convergence algorithm of cutting force is proposed. At last, this cutting force model is verified through several cutting tests under different cutting conditions.
