摘要 3×3光纤耦合器是实现干涉型光纤传感器信号解调的一个很有前途的发展方向,具有灵敏度高、易于判向、测量范围大、便于全光纤化等一系列优点。本文首先分析了3×3光纤耦合器的输入输出特性,在此基础上,建立了基于3×3耦合器的马赫-泽德干涉型光纤传感系统,阐述了传感器的工作机理,指出了传感器信号的处理方法。在测量应变实验系统的基础上,详细地介绍了系统的构成方法。大量的实验表明,该实验系统工作稳定,性能良好。 ? directional coupler is one of the most potential schemes for realizing the signal decoding of the fiber optic interferometer, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, direction judging, wide gauging range and being easily integrated. In this paper, the input and output features of a 3×3 directional coupler are analyzed in detail. A Mach Zehnder fiber optic sensor system with 3×3 directional coupler is designed to realize the strain measurement, its principle is introduced in detail and the signal processing scheme is discussed. On the basis of the experimental system, the construction of the sensor system is presented. Large quantities of experimental results have been shown that the experimental system is working well.
