摘要
分析了电解加工工艺目前的应用状况,介绍了一种电解加工新技术——振动进给、脉冲电流电解加工。结合试验,分析论证了此加工方式提高电解加工精度的机理:(1)加工间隙及电流周期性变化,从而减小了实际等效加工间隙,有利于提高加工精度;(2)加工、冲刷的交替性改善了加工过程,有利于采用小间隙加工。这种加工技术将有助于提高电解加工精度,扩大电解加工应用范围。
Analyses the applied condition of ECM and introduces a new technology of ECM——vibrating feed and pulse current ECM. Combining the actual machining tests, analyses and proves the principle that vibrating feed and pulse current machining procedure can improve the accuracy of ECM:(1) The machining gap and the electric current vary periodically, this can reduce the actual effective machining gap, so it is good for improving the accuracy. (2) Alternating machining and scouring can improve the machining condition, it is able to use less machining gap for ECM. The technology will be helpful for improving the accuracy of ECM and enlarging the applied field of ECM.
